The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here. -After you book, you'll receive a message with a link to the Renter's Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home. If you choose not to sign this Agreement, you can cancel your booking within 48 hours for a full refund. -Unexpected circumstances can arise - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing traveler's insurance. -Please note that we permit a maximum of 2 dogs on this property for an additional pet fee of $250 per stay. We prefer to host dogs that are aged 2 years and older. You will need a car to get around the area. Our home offers plenty of on site parking (gravel). It is not anticipated that you will need a 4 wheel drive to access our home in the winter, but please be sure to bring an ice scraper along during the winter months (we do not have a garage).
